I cannot thank Knuckles Adventures enough for a wonderful hiking experience. They not only arranged my trip last minute (the next day) they were able to collect my payment from Dambulla and arrange my pick up and drop off from there as well.
My guide was knowledgeable and quickly learned my abilities and needs. It was a challenging hike through the mountains, but there were some stunning waterfalls to take a break and have a swim. Camping in a cave next to Diwali falls was the prize. The company provides a sleeping bag and tent, but you will need your own mat. The food was tasty and there was plenty of it. There was a language barrier, as is to be expected when I don’t speak Sinhala, but the guide and I were able to communicate well and chat during my trip. Thanks for the memories! 💜✨

The trekking tour with Dilsha was amazing. He is a lovely guy with extensive knowledge about the area, the vegetation, the animals, and the birds. It was a pleasure to have him as our guide, and he made the experience unforgettable.
The food was very good overall, and special mention goes to the meal prepared on the last day by the woman from the village where we were picked up again by car — it was excellent.
As for the accommodation, I would say it was quite basic. The shower had no hot water and the mattress was very thin, which made the night somewhat uncomfortable.

I HIGHLY recommend using Knuckles Adventure. They were very quick to respond on WhatsApp especially as I was booking last minute. Our tour guide Niro was extremely knowledgeable about the fauna and flora of Sri Lanka as well as having impeccable English! We wanted to share some feedback following our recent Knuckles 2 day hike in March with our group of 12 women from Aust. The experience was exceptional. Everyone absolutely loved the hike, and it was consistently highlighted as the standout experience of our 9-day trip through Sri Lanka. Thank you for organising such a beautiful and memorable walk.
The experience truly delivered on what was promised - rugged, challenging, and incredibly scenic. Some of the standout moments included the waterfalls, the infinity pool along the way, and especially camping under a waterfall, which felt very unique and special.

Nous avons passé une journée exceptionnelle. Le chauffeur a été ponctuel et d'une grande gentillesse. Grâce à Niro, nous avons pu découvrir les merveilles des Knuckles. Il a su répondre à toutes nos questions concernant la faune et la flore endémique. Il s'est montré bienveillant a chaque instant de la journée et a su s'adapter à notre rythme de marche. Le petit déjeuner local ainsi que le repas du midi étaient très bons et copieux. L'organisation générale de la journée était parfaite, nous recommandons chaudement.
